All rentals include 6 HOURS of play time between 8:30am-7:30pm.

$10/hr for additional hours

Extended Hours
$10 hr until 8:30pm
25% Overnight Rental (pickup before noon)
50% 2 Day rental(pickup after noon)

If we cannot pick up at the end of rental hours at a residential place, consider your extra time lagniappe!!!

Our prices include delivery the day of the event, set up, cleaning and pick up.

If you are doing an event at a park or commercial location we do charge an extra fee for specific loading and unloading times as well as insurance.

CANCELLATIONS
-Cancellations must be made prior to 24 hours of the event in order to receive a raincheck.
-Cancellations made the day of the event will lose all monies paid.
-Once the inflatable is delivered and setup, the event cannot be cancelled.

RAINCHECKS
-Rainchecks can be used towards a future event.
-Canceling an event booked with a raincheck forfeits the raincheck.

REFUNDS
-No refunds of money paid as the deposit.
-No refund of any money paid.
-Money paid will be used as a raincheck if it follows the cancellation policy.

Pools, Play sets, Trees (and roots), Water heaters, Septic systems, AC's

ELECTRICAL OUTLET
within 50 feet

WATER FAUCET AND HOSE
If renting a water slide, please make sure you have these two things within reach of where you'd like to set up! Consider having a bucket of water to clean feet before entering to avoid excess grass and mud.

SPACE
Make sure you have enough space and even ground to set up inflatable, Mark POWER LINES & TREES...check for anything that could scrape the inflatable.

UNDERGROUND
Also mark off all under ground water, power, or gas lines that could interfere with stakes and anchors.

Absolutely NO silly string at the event, in or around inflatable. It can permanently damage and ruin the entire inflatable. You will be responsible for any damages caused by silly string.

No Glitter (please and thank you) Or else...we will mail you an envelope, filled with glitter, with your child's name on it.
