Only children age 3 and older should use inflatables.
An adult must always be present to actively supervise.
Same size rule. Allow children around the same size on at the same size. Avoid big kids jumping with little ones. See person capacity and weight limit under each inflatable description.
No shoes, glasses, and jewelry. Empty pockets of any sharp objects, as well.
No silly string. No food. No Glitter.
No roughhousing, tumbling, wrestling or flipping.
Stay away from the entrance or exit, and the sides or walls of the bouncer.
If the bouncer begins to lose air, or if it's too windy, carefully exit the bouncer. A good indication of when it is too windy (between 10-17 mph) is when winds raise dust and loose paper, or small branches start to move. If this is the case, stop play immediately, and exit the bouncer.
Upon reservation, you will receive a detailed contract with a list of policies and safety protocol.

Outdoor Set Up
Make sure there is a clear pathway to transport inflatable to set up location.
We will only set up on flat, even surfaces.
Be sure the area is free of all rocks, sticks or objects sticking up from the ground, like sprinklers.
There should be open space around all sides of the bounce house. We will not set up inflatables near tree branches, power lines, gutters or fences.
If the bounce house is set up on a hard surface, we will place a tarp at the entrance/exit of the bounce house. We will not set up on rocks. Please provide a blanket if you'd like extra padding at the entrance.
Our staff will ensure the inflatable is anchored with long metal stakes that have been driven into the ground (and be sure to do this when children are not around). Do not move the inflatable once setup!
